The tower is close to Gulf Shore Blvd N which provides a lot of grassy area between the building and the beach. Getting to the beach is very easy as there are sidewalks that lead directly from the building to the sand! The sidewalks make it a very comfortable walk and give you the ability to bring your beach supplies in a cart. Another great attribute of Solamar is that it is far enough away from the public beach access in Park Shore that you won't see the crowds in front of the building that you might see if you head north.
